About
Steady hands in a busy classroom.
Hermina is an elementary educator in Washington State. She came to teaching after a decade running operations for global firms — and before that, a childhood spent across eight schools in India as the daughter of an Army officer. Her practice is patient and specific; she holds a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with a Reading Endorsement.
Children learn best in classrooms where they feel calm, seen, and trusted to try.
